With over 25 years experience in the roofing industry, Colin is in charge of all aspects of the company and highly committed to ensuring that FRS provides its customers with the best possible service. Colin is a hands-on director and can often be seen surveying jobs, and checking recently completed work to ensure that his own high quality standards are maintained at all times.

Alan Hamilton: Contract`s Manager
Vastly experienced with nearly 30 years in the roofing and construction industry. Alan has been a contracts manager for over 10 years. He is in charge of the day to day running of the workforce, and in charge of all ongoing projects, and maintaining quality stanards.

Margaret Anderson: Office Manager
The friendly voice at the other end of the phone. Margaret has worked in the customer service industry now for over 20 years, and is in charge of organising surveys, quotes, invoicing and all matters relating to the office.

Peter King: Buyer
Another experienced campaigner, with over 20 years in the roofing and building industry. Including a 10 year stint working for a building supplies company. Peter plays a key role in the company by ensuring that we buy top quality materials at competitive rates, allowing us to pass on these savings to our customers via a highly competitive service, where quality is never compromised.

Jaime V Ponte: Business Development Manager
With 20 years experience in sales, and customer service, Jaime`s is another member of staff highly commited to 100% customer satisfaction. In fact part of his remit is ensuring all our customers enjoy a first class service from FRS that is second to none. He is also the main contact point for any new commercial customers.

Joanne Kenney: Office Administrator
Our newest member of staff joined us right in the middle of our
busiest period as we coped with litterally thousands of enquiries
resulting from the storms of Christmas 2011 and early January
2012. With over 10 years customer service experience Joanne
has been a great addition to our expanding team, and her roll
involves dealing with commercial and domestic customers, and
all other office duties.
